See IV 20 …but with additional galvanic isolation between all of the six output channels. Therefore a separate external supply voltage per output is required for HTL levels. For RS422 output a connection to the signal “5 V-O” of the corresponding output is sufficient.According to the hardware (different article numbers) the connection of the incremental encoder is either designed for RS422 (5 V differential) or for single-phase high levels.
